Freestyle & Greco Roman Practices

The Club will be offering instruction in the International Styles to wrestlers of all ages in the spring.  Workouts will begin in mid March and continue through June in preparation for State, Regional an National USAW Competition and for the Empire State Games.

Practices will be partially structured and partially open mat format.

We are in the process of developing sites throughout the city.
