date: 2007-10-07
by: Venetsian

Coaches Tim Flynn, Andy Seras and Carl Fronhofer will headline the Clinic Staff October 20th at Farrell HS.

Beat the Streets Coaches College has moved its venue for the Coaches College Clinic originally scheduled for Grand Street Campus HS to help co-sponsor the Pinning Down Autism program. The Coaches and Clinic Benefit will help advanced the mission and provide New York City wrestlers and coaches a unique opportunity to learn from some of the top wrestling coaches in the country.

During the summer Beat the Streets Wrestling Inc. helped inaugurate the Pinning Down Autism successful Benefit Tournament at Petrides HS in Staten Island. Meet Director Jason Bross, the father of an autistic child, reached out to the wrestling community asking for support at the inaugural Benefit Tournament. Through his efforts, the wrestling community responded by initiating Benefit Events throughout the Northeast to help raise awareness of the disease that afflicts far too many children. It is known as a \"silent\" disease and efforts are being made to make awareness of the disease by speaking for the afflicted children...

All proceeds will go towards the Pinning Down Autism program that provide research grants. We support the growth of wrestling and all programs designed to help kids through wrestling.
